Double Walled In Construction Inner Made of SS 304 & Exterior Made Of GI Sheet Duly Finished in Powder Coated Shade.
The High Grade Compressed Glass Wool Insulation Provided In Between The Wall To Minimize The Heat Loss.
The Temp. Is Being Controller By Microprocessor Based PID Temp. Controller with Dual Digital Indicator. & Pt- 100 Sensor.
The Air Circulation Is Being Performed By Motorized Blower System Firmly Installed At The Top Of The Unit.
The Shelves Are Adjustable GI Wire mesh Shelves Provided Depending upon the Selection of Oven Size.
The Heating Is Being Provided Through ‘U’ Type SS Air Heater Clamped At Both The Side Of Chamber Having Ss Perforated Platform.
A Fully Insulated Door With Perfectly Sealed Food Grade Silicon Gasket Is Provided.
A Strong And Easy Mechanism Of Designed Ss Hinges & Ball Catch Or Handle Lock To Open / Close The Door Is Provided.
Exhaust Port Is Provided At Top Side Of The Oven.
Temp. Range: - 50c above Ambient To 2000c. Temp.
Accuracy: ± 10C to ± 20C.
